Café La Biela - The name translates to The Connecting Rod. It is spacious inside with pictures of famous and infamous race car drivers on the walls, and offers an outdoor patio shaded partially by palm trees located on one of the busiest foot-traffic corners in the city–so people drinking coffee can watch people walking by and people walking by can watch people drinking coffee.
